Citrus Wood Charcoal Prices

Prices of citrus wood charcoal

Al-Awsat Factory offers the best prices for citrus wood charcoal, Available in bulk quantities. Citrus charcoal is considered one of the finest types of charcoal, extracted from the wood of fruit trees such as lemon and orange trees. These trees are known for their long burning duration. The ash produced by citrus charcoal, after burning, is snow-like, indicating its purity and lack of environmental pollutants. It is also safe for children and the elderly, unlike manufactured  charcoal, which is made from leftover burnt charcoal and its ash. Citrus charcoal has many important uses in homes, and many people prefer natural charcoal, such as lemon charcoal, orange charcoal, and guava charcoal. There are also many other types of charcoal that are extracted from the wood of other fruit trees, such as mango fruit trees and apple trees. In this article, we will explore the prices and types of charcoal, as well as the services provided by Al-Awsat Factory for the production and export of citrus charcoal.

Types of Citrus Charcoal

There are various types of citrus charcoal, all derived from the natural goodness of trees. Some of the main types include:
  1. Orange Charcoal: One of the best types of natural Egyptian charcoal, extracted from orange wood. It meets global quality standards due to its quick ignition, unlike manufactured  types, which take longer to burn and often require accelerants. Orange charcoal doesn’t emit fumes or sparks and is highly economical; just one kilogram can burn for about four hours. This makes it an environmentally friendly energy source.
  2. Lemon Charcoal: Another clean energy source, lemon charcoal is extracted from the wood of Egyptian lemon trees. It doesn’t release fumes or sparks during combustion, making it suitable for barbecues, cooking, and use in electrical cables. Its quick ignition and long burn time make it one of the most sought-after types of charcoal.
  3. Mixed Fruit Charcoal: Extracted from a blend of guava and casuarina trees, From the point of view of the manufacturers of many types of charcoal, it is better than orange and oak charcoal, as this type combines the advantages of guava charcoal in its long burning period and the heat of acacia charcoal. It is also distinguished by its regular shapes and high quality, and one kilo of it lasts approximately three to four hours.
  4. Guava Charcoal: Known for its premium quality, guava charcoal is primarily exported. It ranks second after orange charcoal in terms of burn duration, lasting around three and a half hours per kilogram. It is also valued for its aesthetic shape and uniformity.
  5. Barbecue Charcoal: While of lower quality compared to the previous types, barbecue charcoal burns for about two and a half hours per kilogram. It is easy to ignite, does not emit fumes or sparks, and is a mix of casuarina, mulberry, and eucalyptus woods. This type is also exported from Egypt and is traded on the global market.
