We employ both manual and automated Sieving methods:

  1. Manual Sieving: Workers directly sieve the charcoal from the kiln and package it into standard 20 kg bags, which are then re-packaged in smaller bags (from 1 kg to 20 kg) as per the buyer’s request.
  2. Automated Sieving: Charcoal is screened and cleaned in four stages:

    • Separation of very small pieces.
    • Removal of poorly carbonized pieces.
