Shisha charcoal cube sizes

Shisha charcoal cube sizes and packaging choices
A shisha charcoal cube should be specified by more than its appearance. Dimensions, dimensional tolerance, net weight, piece count and packaging all affect what a buyer receives. Recording these details makes it easier to compare quotations and inspect later deliveries.
Begin with the requirements of the intended equipment and follow its manufacturer’s instructions. Natural charcoal, a formed shape or a low ash claim does not make hookah use safe. Charcoal used with shisha can contribute carbon monoxide and other harmful emissions, and the product should not be marketed as a healthy alternative.
Measure the relevant dimensions
For a cube, specify length, width and height, together with an agreed tolerance. A nominal size such as 25 millimetres is an example of how a dimension can be stated; it is not a claim that this size is available from every supplier or suitable for every device.
Measure a representative selection of pieces from the sampled packs. A single selected cube cannot describe variation throughout the delivery. Record the method and the number of pieces examined so later checks can use the same basis.
Other formed shapes need their own dimensional description. Avoid treating a cube, a flat piece and a finger shaped product as equivalent merely because the packaging contains the same net weight.
Separate size from weight and piece count
Two products with similar dimensions may have different weights per piece. Likewise, two boxes with the same net weight may contain different numbers of pieces. Ask whether the pack is sold by net weight, count or both, and identify any relevant tolerance.
When checking a pack, keep the packaging weight separate from the charcoal weight. Record the actual count and any damaged pieces according to the agreed method. This gives the buyer a clearer basis for calculating usable quantity and comparing quotations.
Confirm the declared material
A formed shape does not prove whether the charcoal is made from coconut shell, wood or another declared material. Ask for the product description and the binder or other ingredients relevant to the formulation. Keep this information attached to the sample and order.
If the material changes, reassess the product instead of assuming that the same dimensions guarantee the same behaviour. Any quality statement should refer to the actual specification or supporting test, rather than the appearance of a cube alone.
Choose packaging for the handling route
Compare larger packs with cartons containing smaller inner packs. Larger quantities may suit some wholesale operations, while inner packs can help organise stock and preserve identification during distribution. Assess the full route from supplier to warehouse and end customer.
Check that the packaging protects the product from unnecessary movement, compression and moisture exposure. Request the net weight, pack count and batch information to be clearly recorded. For a private label order, approve the pack construction as well as the artwork.
Approve a reference batch and repeat the checks
Record the dimensions, weights, counts and observed breakage of the approved sample. Keep an identifiable reference where useful. Later delivery checks should follow the same procedure so a difference can be investigated with comparable evidence.
If an operating assessment is required, it should follow the equipment instructions and appropriate controls. The result does not establish that shisha use is safe. Keep claims about physical quality separate from claims about health, and do not infer either from a low level of visible smoke.
Connect the specification to the buying decision
Compare the cost of the quantity that meets the agreed specification. A nominally cheaper box can be less attractive if it contains fewer usable pieces or needs additional sorting. Record damage and out of tolerance pieces consistently rather than changing the definition between suppliers.
Ask how the supplier identifies batches and reports formulation or packaging changes. A repeatable product description helps the buyer place subsequent orders with fewer assumptions and gives the receiving team a practical inspection reference.
Questions about charcoal cubes
Do larger cubes always last longer
Size alone cannot establish a universal duration. Material, formulation, equipment and operating conditions also matter. Any performance comparison needs clearly stated conditions.
Should wholesale orders be compared by weight or count
Use the sales basis stated in the quotation, and record both where they matter to the business. Equal box sizes do not establish equal net weight or equal usable piece counts.
Request a clearly specified sample
Send El-Awsat your required shape, dimensions, net pack weight and packaging format. Ask for the declared material and agreed tolerances, then approve the sample before confirming a wholesale quantity.
